In the center of this module is the TCS230/TCS3200 Chip that will filter RGB light into a frequency that Is proportional to the intensity of the source light. S0 and S1 pins will act as the control to select the option of 2%, 20%, and 100% duty cycle for the frequency. S2 and S3 are used to control the RGB Filter. Pin Output Enable (OE) and Out pin will be connected to the microcontroller to enable the device.
