Email, Whatsapp and all other electronic correspondence disclaimer

Electronic correspondence includes any correspondence that goes through electronic channels like the Internet. Examples of these communications include but are not limited to emails, WhatsApp messages, Facebook messages, Ticktock messages, Microsoft Teams, Bot Shop online support channels, etc.

1.  All electronic correspondence and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. If you have received an electronic correspondence in error, please notify the sender immediately and delete the electronic correspondence from your system. Any unauthorized disclosure, distribution, or copying of electronic correspondence or its attachments is strictly prohibited.
2.  Please be aware that electronic correspondence transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error-free. Information may be intercepted, corrupted, lost, arrive late or incomplete, or contain viruses and other malicious files. Bot Shop (PTY) Ltd. does not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this message that may arise as a result of electronic correspondence transmission.

8. All electronic correspondence received by Bot Shop PTY Ltd is kept on our systems for at least two years. Please do not send sensitive information through electronic correspondence. Although we have high-security systems in place, we can not assure the safety of such information, and Bot Shop PTY Ltd has no responsibility or liability for these messages.
