Return and Refund Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and any issues with your products:


Products That Don’t Work (DOA or Faulty Products)


If your product arrives dead on arrival (DOA) or turns out to be faulty, please let us know within five working days for DOA products or three working days for faulty products. If you reach out within three days for faulty products, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. After that, return shipping will be on you. Once we receive the product, we’ll inspect it to make sure it wasn’t damaged from incorrect installation or use.

  • If the product is DOA, we’ll send you a new one with free shipping. If it’s out of stock, we’ll refund the full cost.
  • Faulty items will be replaced with free shipping if returned within the time frame. If we can’t replace it, we’ll offer a refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.


Returning Products for a Refund


You can return a product within 30 days for a refund, but there are a few things to keep in mind:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the original invoice for the return.
  • We don’t cover return shipping costs unless the item is DOA or faulty.
  • Electrical parts, components, and modules are non-refundable.
  • The item must be in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
  • Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Before returning anything, please contact us to get a Return Authorization.
  • We’ll issue refunds using the same payment method you used to make the original purchase.


Electrical Parts, Components, and Modules


These items are delicate and can be easily damaged during installation or by environmental factors. Because of this, we can’t offer refunds on any electrical parts, components, or modules.


If We Sent the Wrong Item


If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, please let us know within five working days. We’ll replace it at no cost to you, including shipping. If we can’t replace it, you can choose between a refund or store credit.


Out of Stock Items


We try our best to keep stock levels accurate, but sometimes things slip through the cracks. If we find out something you ordered is out of stock, we’ll let you know right away and give you three options:

  1. Cancel the entire order before anything is shipped.
  2. We’ll ship the items that are in stock right away, and send the rest later (we’ll cover the shipping for the out-of-stock items when they arrive).
  3. Cancel just the out-of-stock items.

If you choose to wait for the out-of-stock items, we’ll give you our best estimate of when they’ll arrive, but keep in mind that delays can happen due to customs or supplier issues. You can cancel the out-of-stock items at any time before they’re shipped.
