IRFZ34N N-Channel MOSFET

N-Channel MOSFETs are used in logic switching circuits such as motor drivers and light switches. Because a MOSFET can be used in PWM driver applications, they are ideal to be used as motor drivers, and they are more robust than relays since they do not have any moving parts that are damaged over time when they are used. This specific type of MOSFET makes use a positive voltage switching methos which means that it switched on the voltage on the gate pin of the MOSFET, which makes it easy to switch the MOSFET on and off.
