These wires/connectors are commonly used to power drones, planes, or remote controlled cars. This is because they are very small and compact and they lock tight into each other, which means that they do not vibrate loose easily, but they can easily disconnect them if you wish to do so. These wires are made up with one red wire which is connected to the positive terminal of the circuit, and one black wire which is connected to the positive terminal of the circuit. These connectors have a standard connection order, which means that the polarity of the circuit can not be reversed when you connect a battery to the circuit with one of these connectors.
