What is the minimum order quantity?

How long does it take to process a bulk order?
Our bulk ordering process typically takes approximately 23 working days from order acceptance to delivery: 12 working days for supplier sourcing and order preparation, 7 working days for shipping and customs, and 4 working days for quality check and repackaging at our facility.
What payment terms do you offer?
For bulk orders, we require a 60% upfront payment deposit, especially for international suppliers. The remaining balance is typically due upon delivery or as agreed in your specific quotation.

Rebel Glitch is our new retail company that handles retail sales of over 2,000 products that were previously available on Botshop. Botshop now focuses exclusively on bulk orders, while Rebel Glitch handles retail customers. The integration of all products will be complete by January 16, 2026.
