Input power to the Receiver .Press the Learning Button Once the LED will go OFF . Then press transmitter any Button, the Led indicator will flash ON, then when you press any button of the transmitter ,you should hear the relay respond ,it means learning was successful.
Press and hold the Learning Button on the receiver until the LED indicator turns OFF and when erasing will give you a flashing indication and stays ON, it means the code has been cleared successfully.
