I notice the max measure voltage is 150v. Does that mean I can actually load test a power supply that is outputting a 150v with this unit?

As the spec is max values the unit will work on the input.
Bud I would not go that extreme on the battery pack on test.
The best would be to work in a save volts value and never on the max a device can do.
